Couldn’t agree more… reading is THE single most important training regime for any writer. It’s something I’m gradually getting to do more of again now as the children get older.

The while first 20-30 minutes is in effect a silent movie. No cutesy or smart one-liners. That's not an easy task to pull off. Fact...an old feather pillow(more than a few years old but don't quote me on this) can be holding 1/8 of its weight in dust mites and the only thing that effectively kills them is strong sunlight. That is a good reason to put your rugs outside on a nice day,and your bedding of course. Do you know how big they(bedbugs)are?
